Relates to the condition of the pipette on receipt in the Calibration Laboratory. To calibrate a fixed volume pipette according to ISO 8655 a total of 10 measurements are taken at the nominal volume of a fixed volume pipette. A variable volume pipette requires 10 repetitions at 10%, 50% and 100% of the Nominal Volume.
