EPPENDORF SERVICE CENTRE

Eppendorf UK Ltd has appointed Calibration Technology Ltd (CTL) as an authorized service centre. This means that CTL can carry out warranty repairs and calibration services on all Eppendorf Dispensing equipment in Ireland and additionally IQ/OQ on new equipment if required. Our Calibration Scientists have recently completed the formal Eppendorf liquid handling course in Hamburg which covered Pipettes, Burettes, Varispensers, Dispensers, Easypet, Multipettes and EDOS 5222.

We now carry the full range of genuine Eppendorf spare parts and other consumables including Eppendorf pipette tips which we can sell to new and existing customers. Full details on our pipette tips will be available here shortly. We also now have access to all the Eppendorf service manuals.

To ensure that your dispensing equipment is compliant from its introduction into the laboratory, we offer IQ and OQ and a complete calibration service.

To promote our partnership with Eppendorf, we will be conducting joint training and promotional seminars in 2009. Full details will be available later.
